Posting your Mobile Phone for repair

If you decide not to have the repair carried out you will still be required to pay for the return carriage of £7.50 for the Mobile Phone

Please send the Mobile Phone to us in packaging that will prevent it from being damaged in transit (We recommend that you insure the Mobile Phone with your carrier)

Please do not send us any SIM Cards, Chargers, or original Mobile Phone Cartons as we only need the Mobile Phone

Once we receive your faulty Mobile Phone we will have our engineers carry out a free inspection

As soon as the inspection has been carried out, we will contact you with a price of the repair of your Mobile Phone.

You can then decide if you want your repair carried out.

If you decide to go ahead with the repair and you posted the Mobile to us then we will send you a payment link to pay for the repair online at a secure payment site using PayPal or Credit / Debit Card (Nochex)

Repairs to the Mobile Phone take approximately 3 – 6 working days once we have your go ahead to carry out the repair.

Our Warranty starts from the day we inform you that your Mobile Phone is ready for collection or the date we post the Repaired Mobile Phone back to you or the day we let you know it is ready for collection
